Use this private address for vulnerability reports, responsible disclosure, suspected incidents, privacy requests, data access or deletion requests, and questions about the attested gateway. Do not publish an unpatched vulnerability or include live credentials.

Contract, DPA, BAA, subprocessor, tax, and vendor-onboarding information is collected in the legal and procurement packet. Send follow-up questions to help@trustedrouter.com and identify the customer or organization involved.
Include identifiers, never secrets.
For a routing or API problem, include the approximate UTC time, model ID, provider or route if known, region, HTTP status, and the request or generation ID. Those identifiers let us trace operational metadata without needing to see the prompt or output.
Never send an API key, BYOK provider credential, full prompt, model output, payment-card number, wallet secret, password, or other sensitive credential by email or through the support form. Redact customer data from screenshots and reproducible examples.
Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis unless a signed agreement states a specific response time. For an active availability issue, check status.trustedrouter.com first; it publishes current incidents and service history.
